Shipping policy

We deliver to physical residential and business addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Highlands and islands within those regions. We do not deliver to BFPO addresses, PO boxes, Guernsey, Jersey, the Isle of Man or international destinations. Delivery availability and the final charge are shown before you pay.

Standard delivery costs £3.95 for orders with a combined product shipping weight up to 1.8 kg, or £7.95 above 1.8 kg and up to 10 kg. For orders containing only our 300 ml hand and body creams, that means £3.95 for one to three bottles and £7.95 for four to nineteen bottles. Orders containing shampoo, bath accessories or a mixture of products use the same combined product shipping-weight bands; the final delivery charge is shown before you pay. Orders above 10 kg are not currently available for delivery.

Please allow 5–9 working days from placing your order for delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. This estimate includes order processing and delivery; it is not a guaranteed delivery date. Our products are dispatched directly from our UK supplier.

We will send dispatch and tracking information when it becomes available. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or it arrives damaged or incomplete, contact shopify-mark@outlook.com with your order number so we can help. Photos of any damage and packaging can help us resolve an issue, but do not affect your statutory rights.

For cancellations and returns, see our Returns and Cancellations Policy. You can tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by emailing shopify-mark@outlook.com or making another clear cancellation statement; you do not need our approval to exercise your cancellation right. Please use the return address in that policy unless we expressly agree another route. Do not send goods to our supplier without agreed return instructions.
